In the Pacific Ocean, a cargo ship full of Beslas (electronic bikes) was traveling to Seoul, South Korea from a bay near San Francisco, California. However, pirates arrived and stole all of the Beslas! The ship is now empty. It holds enough fuel to reach one of three possible destinations that the pirates could have gone to: Honolulu, Hawaii; Sydney, Australia; or Tokyo, Japan. Where should the ship go? How fast should it move to get there before the robbers?
