Logic Crime - Who's Wallet?

This crime contains only questions that deal with logic.

One day, you go on a high-school field trip to an amusement park in Osmium City and ride the new roller coaster called The Tsunami. The whole roller coaster is filled with your fellow students and you have a great time, but as you get off a ride attendant shows you that somebody's wallet fell from the cart in front of you. You open it to see a driver's license that is broken and dirty from the fall, with its name and picture smudged.

You remember the five students that were in the cart in front of you, and you consider it your mission to determine who the wallet belongs to and return it. However, you don't know them well and have never learned their names.
